Details
Assessing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children (age 18 or younger) will include a clinical interview with the parent/guardian(s), a play-based assessment with the child, administration and interpretation of an aptitude (I.Q.) test, and behavior rating forms that must be completed by both the parent/guardian AND the child's teacher(s). A written report will be completed with detailed findings and recommendations. The initial parent/guardian interview may be done in-person or online. The play-based assessment and aptitude testing will be done in-person. The feedback session with report review may be done in-person or online. Completion of the behavioral questionnaires completed by the parent/guardian AND the teacher(s) must be returned to the provider before a diagnosis can be made and the report can be written. Interview - One hour In-person testing - Two hours Feedback session - One hour
